The US Constitution continues to be one of the most important documents the founding fathers ever devised. This document, much of it I believe, was devised by its authors based on their Christian beliefs. Today it is being torn asunder by the Marxist, progressive liberals that are trying to be the ruin of this once great nation. They claim the Constitution is a “living document” and therefore should change with the times. I do not believe this was ever in the minds of the document’s authors.
The US Constitution is the second of two main reasons The United States of America became the strongest, most technically advanced nation in the history of the world. The first reason, of course, is because America used to be a Christian based nation. A nation that included God in the decision-making that formed it. They were not afraid to pray in Congress or to mention the name of Jesus in public. It certainly was not illegal as the progressive liberal authority is trying to make it today.
To help us understand more about the Constitution, the John Locke Foundation will present another workshop, Saturday, March 17, 2012. The time will be from 9:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. and there will be a registration fee of $5.00. The location is Joslyn Hall on the Carteret Community College campus.
This will not be a repeat of the one they presented in January 2011. The title of this one is: "What would the Federalists and Anti-federalists say about the current political and economic crises?"
